Connection Through Liberty Clinic
2 Days
Have you ever wanted more from your relationship than just telling your horse what to do? Learn how to enjoy a deeper level of communication with your horse through a better understanding of both your own communication style, and their individual needs.
What does YOUR ideal liberty session look like?
*Is it a perfectly measured obedience test with your horse expertly negotiating any obstacle or pattern you point them to?
*Is it wild and exuberant, rearing and showing off all the power and grace they can muster?
*Is it both of you calm and quiet, approaching a Zen like state of meditative stillness?
How about your HORSE? What is their picture of liberty with you, and what is their idea of time well spent?

We will explore:
- Liberty concepts. What happens when you take the halter off?
- Learning how to use and adjust your own particular type of energy.
- Moving space vs moving body parts.
- What if you ask your horse a question and the answer is "No"?
- What does empowerment look like in the horse? In the human?
- Why is it so important to stay present when you are with your horse?
- and much more on this journey towards a true two-way conversation.
This is a groundwork only clinic, no riding.
